To enquire about the availability of flats, use the booking form on our website, you will find it at this link.
Once you have sent your request within 24 hours you will receive an email with the availability of the flats, the conditions of your stay, the prices and the payment method. We respond to everyone, even in the case of non-availability.
To make a reservation, simply reply with an email to our availability notice.
The flat is only confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email from us containing the details of your stay at A Casa di Sabina and the price.
On the day of arrival, check-in is from 14:00; on the day of departure, check-out is by 11:00.
On arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document for the purposes of legal obligations. Otherwise he/she cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to replace the flat assigned to the guest with another of equal or higher standard without prior notice and without increasing the price.
Prices are per flat and per night. Tourist tax, which involves an additional charge of €2 per person per day, is not included.
The price of the stay is that which we communicate in the e-mail accepting the reservation.
To confirm your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount for stays of more than 3 nights, or payment of the full amount for stays of up to 3 nights. The balance of the remaining amount will be paid upon check-in.
Cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed booking must be communicated by email to: info@acasadisabina.it
You may cancel or reduce your reservation, without charge, up to 7 days before your arrival date.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, the deposit paid will not be refundable.
Changes to the stay are free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

Smoking is not permitted in common areas (corridor, stairs, hall) and flats. The observance of this rule is a fire prevention regulation and stems from the need to protect non-smokers who will come after your stay.
